Data and AI infrastructure, built properly on AWS.
We design and build the unglamorous layer underneath analytics and AI — ingestion, entity resolution, computer vision pipelines, and the cost discipline to keep them affordable. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, and transactable through AWS Marketplace.
What we build
Three engagements, each scoped tightly enough to quote and deliver without a discovery phase that bills for itself.
Cost optimization & Well-Architected review
A read-only review of your AWS estate producing a prioritised savings backlog — each item with an annualised dollar figure, an effort estimate, and a risk rating. No agents, no production changes.
Compliant web data pipelines
Acquisition from registries, APIs and the public web through to normalisation and entity resolution — with provenance recorded per fact, so you can prove where data came from and delete it on request.
Computer vision pipelines
Edge capture, pose and object models on SageMaker, and explainable outputs rather than an opaque score. Built for environments where bandwidth is scarce and the reviewer needs to see why.
How we work
Small, senior, and deliberately narrow. We would rather tell you an engagement is a poor fit than sell it to you.
Scope before price
A written scope with deliverables and explicit exclusions comes first. Scope disputes come from what was never written down.
Read-only first
Assessments need no write access to anything. We ask for the least access that makes the work possible, and no more.
Explainable by default
Models that emit a number nobody can interrogate get ignored. We ship the reasoning alongside the result.
Handover, not lock-in
Everything runs in your account, in your infrastructure-as-code, documented well enough for your team to own it.
Buying through AWS Marketplace
Our engagements are transactable as private offers on AWS Marketplace. For teams that already buy through AWS, that removes vendor onboarding, a separate master services agreement, and a parallel purchase order cycle — the engagement arrives on the AWS invoice you already reconcile, on the payment terms you already hold.
Payment schedules can be spread across the engagement to match milestones or budget cycles. To be clear about one thing buyers ask: professional services do not retire an EDP or Private Pricing Agreement commitment. The benefit is procurement speed, not commitment drawdown.
